  In store experience was good. They do make you stand outside in a line to prevent over crowding, i appreciated that because the store is so small. Getting a representative on the phone is difficult, takes about 30 minutes of continuously calling before someone answers, but they are helpful and polite when they do.

  Not a fan of this brand but my husband is. He is always able to find great deals here and the staff are very kind and helpful. If you like uggs then come here to find more affordable prices on them. A added bonus is this outlet is never extremely bussy so you can shop at your own ease.
